It is not a secret...

Sleep
Shoot for 7-9 hours. Create a luxury bed environment. Use a white-noise machine. Keep electronics out of the bedroom.

Exercise
Begin with low-intensity exercises to give your body time to adjust. Exercise outside when possible. Stay hydrated (we lose our sense of thirst as we age).

Eat to Reduce Inflammation
Reduce refined carbs, sugar-sweetened drinks, fried foods, and processed meats. Seek out tomatoes, olive oil, green leafy veggies, nuts, fatty fish, berries, avocados, green tea, peppers, grapes, turmeric, dark chocolate. Consider probiotics or probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, cheese, miso, pickles.
